• Weight per person: 30 kg to 120 kg
• For two-person rides, the combined weight of both passengers must not exceed 150 kg. The weight difference between passengers should be within 35 kg (as a general guideline).
• Children up to and including middle school age must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children aged 5 to elementary school age are not permitted to ride alone.
• This service is not available to individuals with serious pre-existing medical conditions.
• Please wear pants on the day of the event. Skirts are not permitted.
• You may get splashed, so we recommend wearing clothes that can get wet.

• To prevent accidents on the island, you must wear a life jacket when snorkeling in designated swimming areas.

We will provide you with your cottage reservation number, so please have something handy to write it down when you call to make your reservation. If there is availability on-site, you can also make a reservation at the Nagannu Island Service Counter.
