  • Only cash and credit cards are accepted on Nagannu Island.
  • Pregnant women and those who have difficulty walking independently are not permitted to board the ferry.

  • Age requirement: 5 to 65 years old. Children aged 0–4 and adults aged 66 and older are not eligible to participate.
  • Children up to junior high school age must be accompanied by an adult.
  • A snorkeling set (mask, snorkel, fins, and life jacket) is included during the 60-minute snorkeling tour.
  • Individuals with middle ear infection, sinusitis, asthma, heart disease, diabetes, or epilepsy are not permitted to participate.
  • Minors require a parent or legal guardian’s signature on the liability waiver. The waiver form is available here.
  • A medical check will be conducted on the day of the tour. Depending on the results, the instructor may determine that participation is not possible.
  • Participation in marine sports is not permitted if you have consumed alcohol.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made at the customer’s discretion after landing on the island.
